Leadership Transition - The First 100 Days

The Leadership Transition process is a facilitated intervention designed to assist the new executive and leadership team accelerate the transition. In this process, the leader and team gain alignment on goals and direction, assess their organization's internal management procedures, and reduce the natural anxieties arising from the transition.

Executive Coaching

This one-on-one process involves several steps. First, the consultant, executive, and the exec's boss meet to assess issues, and develop a coaching contract. Second, the consultant and executive gather data and analyze feedback from both formal (surveys) and informal sources (interviews). Based on the analysis, specific objectives and milestones are established and a Personal Development Plan is drawn up. Next, the consultant works intensively with the executive to develop the skills, techniques, and processes that will help the exec implement the Plan and succeed.

Executive Assessment

Many executives have blind spots on their effectiveness. Executive Assessment is a process for gathering data and providing feedback for the executive to reinforce strengths and address areas for concern. TGA provides both types of 360 data gathering: "live 360" including structured interviews (self, peers, manager, direct reports/team), and instrument-based 360s.
