ABOUT US
Tom Gosselin & Associates, Inc. works with executives, teams, and organizations to create customized solutions in the areas of leadership and management development, sales force effectiveness, and organizational change. In collaboration with our clients, we work to achieve specific critical organizational and business results. By focusing on performance, competitive advantage and results, we analyze the gap between the present state of performance and the desired state, and work with clients to determine a course of action. Our solutions can range from executive development and organizational realignment to the creation of training and change programs.
In 2000, Tom Gosselin founded Tom Gosselin & Associates to expand his outreach to organizations. Tom Gosselin brings over 25 years of international experience developing leaders who drive organizational performance. Prior to establishing his own firm, Tom co-founded and directed The Catalyst Group, a sales training and consulting firm. Earlier in his career, Tom led large-scale organization development projects at MCI Telecommunications, Freddie Mac, and the US Department of Labor as a consultant with the Sterling Institute.
In his work on change, Tom has focused on understanding the effects of organizational change, especially staff reductions, on individual and organizational performance. His articles, “Downsizing Syndrome: Reaction and Response” (HR Horizons, 1991) and “Leading in A New Economy: Facing The Challenges of Layoffs” (whitepaper) represents the culmination of years of research and observation of organizations ranging from government to dot coms.
